Little place, I truly enjoyed pleasant personnel.

Overall it was spotlessly clean, with an outdoor bathroom. The location was marvellous, on the sea side, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable👌

Had a very good stay with one night in a deluxe room. the superior room was huge and included a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets. the location of the hotel was marvelous and brilliant, within a short walk to a market and shops.

The nicest place I have stayed in se Asia up to this point. The free breakfasts are better than any you will get at a restaurant. Koh Lanta is a great place to explore, and this is the best hotel to stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

Location: the hotel was short walk to Khlong Dao beach and Ko Lanta. The deluxe room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was extremely spacious and huge with mountain view which was very quiet...

I had a very pleasant experience. My superior room was new-fashioned and nicely decorated. the free parking was onsite. Great service. the hotel was in a good location, near various restaurants. I had a wonderful time at Lanta Mermaid Boutique House. My room was stylishly decorated and modern. the convenience of having onsite free parking was a plus. the hotel's location near different restaurants made exploring the area easy. the service provided was excellent, making my experience even more enjoyable.

This was an amazing resort, which was really welcome after one whole day in a minivan! It offers a free pick up. The room was big and clean, with a balcony and a nice bathroom. The bed was huge and amazingly comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Absolutely one of the best hotels we stayed in!

The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. Also the beach wasn't that beautiful since we stayed there during low-season but we rented a scooter from the hotel and drove around the island and to a really nice beach (kantiang bay).

beach in terrible condition. Location very, very quiet. Most of the restaurants are closed. Garden looks nice, perfect spot for a pool, which i really missed, coz of the uninviting sea (heavy waves, objects in water, not clear)

The location is close enough to the beautiful Klong Dao Beach, perfect for swimming and relaxing, and the lively center of the island. the units are spotless with a balcony and mountain view, plus a bath. the staff is incredible.

Spotlessly clean, perfect location and manager, Chai organises everything you want to know and need. Would definately stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent but would have been better if it wasn't brought to the table all at once so that the eggs and bacon got cold. (Just a tip for Chai). First fruit, then cereal, then hot breakfast. One thing missing - would be great if there was a pool.

There deposit,when we arrived we were shocked that I had to pay a 4000 baht deposit, the equivalent of £80. This needs tonbe made more clear prior to booking as we were a little confused as to what we were being charged 4000 baht for.

The staff members were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel (as well as the room we stayed in) was immaculately clean and tidy.

For some reason we did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. Perhaps the housekeeper had just forgotten to leave one (?).

The staff were most attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The pick up and return was appreciated. The supply of beach towels and beach mats free of charge.

The breakfast was good but could be more varied for guests with a longer stay.

The incredible staff and their quick responses to my needs were impressive. Delicious breakfast, including bread, cereal, and fruit, added to the nice stay.
